Heronswood Holdings is a true family business. It all started back in 1983 with the now internationally acclaimed Paultons Park. John and Anne Mancey began the Paultons Park journey over 40 years ago, with their son Richard and his wife Sara.

Paultons Park is owned and operated by Heronswood Holdings, Richard and Sara are still directly involved with the operation and running of all our businesses, supported closely by their three children - James, Charlotte and Lawrence.

Along with Paultons Park, Heronswood Holdings owns a number of commercial properties across the South Coast. 

We are always interested to hear about different investment opportunities and how we could work with you to achieve your goals, targets and aspirations. As an investment partner we can offer business, operational and commercial expertise as well as capital investment.
